Here are some pictures and videos taken at the weekend at Fort William Mountain Bike Downhill World Cup. It was a great weekend and the weather held up very well. Awsome jumps and great riding from the risers see the pictures.Posted by Chris | 0 comments
I took part in Pedal for Scotland just yesterday a 55 mile cycle from Glasgow to Edinburgh. See 2007 route map. It was a smashing day the weather stayed perfect for the race, cloudy and dry so not too hot. Race was started by Mark Beaumont who cycled 5000 miles around the world.
My time for respectable too (3hrs 30mins) although I could have probably pushed myself a bit harder but its not a timed event its to raise money and have a good day cycling (which I did).
My wife Leanne and son Luke were there at the finishing line to see me arrive in Edinburgh – thanks for the support see my pictures.Posted by Chris | 0 comments
Just back from holiday in Nice, South of France. Which was Luke’s first holiday, he did very well travelling and the very hot weather which we are not used to in Scotland. We managed to catch some of the Tour de France and also visited Monaco which was amazing. See our photographs here.Posted by Chris | 0 comments
I successfully completed the 81 mile cycle with friend Peter and his brother David. And actually surprised myself by coming in with a time of 4 hours 37 mins – which was impressive.
See pictures from the Etape Caledonia 2008.
A big Thank You to everyone who sponsored me!
(look out I will be taking part in next years)
