Swimming the Tay
Started my cold water training in the Tay today – and oh boy its cold! Definately going to be a lot tougher than I expected – just hope I can do it… I will be training as much as possible in the Tay to get my body used to the temperature over the next couple of weeks. Brrr – it is very cold!
